Rental prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
For Long Winter Rentals for 2009/10 prices to be arranged, but special discounted rates will apply.
Changeover Day
Saturday is the usual changeover day, however we will always try to accommodate your needs.
Booking Notes
30% deposit taken at booking stage. A confirmation is given on clearance of deposits (cheque's).
Full payments must be completed 12 weeks prior to holiday.
Guests will need suitable travel insurance.
Special Note
Villa Rental for a 2 or 4 bedroom let, the Villa remains a 'private' individual booking. |
